Set Up
Step 1
Push up to open the battery cover. Insert 4XAAA 1.5V batteries. Place the scale on the hard, flat ground.
Step 2
Download and open the App "Fitdays".
Note: The app is compatible with iOS 8.0 or higher/ Android 6.0 or higher
Step 3
Open the App and create an account.
Connect the Scale with App
Step 1
Keep your mobile phone Bluetooth open.
Step 2
Open the Fitdays App. Click “Account”- “Device”, the app will detect the scale by Bluetooth.
Before connecting, you should open/active the scale by stepping on it with one foot. This will guarentee the Bluetooth can find the scale.
Step 3
Select “MY_SCALE” to connect with the App. It will show an "S" icon on the scale, when conncted with the App.
Start to Measure
Step 1
Step on the scale again with bare feet. On the App interface, it will show “Measuring”.
If you step on the scale with socks, only the weight and BMI will be measured and displayed. For the complete data, please step on the scale with bare feet.
Step 2
Continue to stand on the scale until the circle is stable and shows “Finish”. The scale will show the weight value.
Step 3
You can check all the index data on Fitdays App by click “More Data”.
How to Track Your Progress
Go to “Charts” on the App, you can see long-term tracking charts for your body metrics. You can also see your change daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
How to Switch Measurement Units
Step 1
Go to your “Account” in App.
Step 2
Click “settings” – “Switch units”. You can select the measuring unit you prefer. After finishing setting, step on the scale and measure again.
How to Open Athlete Mode
Step 1
Step 1: Click “Account” in the Fitdays App, then tape your profile.
Step 2
Step 2: Open “Athlete Mode”.
How to Weigh Your Baby
Step 1
Click “+” – “Baby Mode”.
Step 2
Step on the scale by you own, after the scale gets your weight, and then hold the baby to get the weight of baby.
Sync Data with Apple Health/Google Fit/Fitbit
Connect with Apple Health
Step 1
Open the “Health” App on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2
Tap on the “Sources” icon.
Step 3
Select “Fitdays” from the source list.
Step 4
Fitdays will sync the following data with HealthKit once you connect. You can customize what you want to share using the switches on the right.
Connect with Fitbit App
Step 1
Go to "Account" - "Settings" - "Fitbit". Enable Fitbit.
Step 2
You will then be brought to the log in page for Fitbit. Enter the information as prompted.
Step 3
After logging in, you wil be brought to the app again. Tap "Allow", then the screen will return to Fitbit's "Settings".
Step 4
After you measure with the scale, the data will be uploaded to Fitbit. You can log into the Fitbit App or site to see your current weight, BMI and body fat.
Users must keep the Fitbit button open, and the network must be connected smoothly. Otherwise, the measurements will not sync to Fitbit.
How to Change Language
Go to “Account” – “Settings” – “Language”, select the language you prefer.
Add Multiple User
Method 1: Click the portfolio in the upper left corner – Add User
Method 2: Go to “Account”–“Add User”
The scale has automatic recognition function. When the weight is within +/-2KG difference, the App will Remind you to choose the correct user. So please add user or let other user download the App and connect with scale, then the scale can measure and show the right data for other users.
Delete User
Step 1
Click “Account” and select the target user.
Step 2
Step 2: Slide the user left and click “Delete” to clean the data.
Main user do not allow be deleted.
