We regret refund for unpleasant product experience. We support 30-Day Refund Service and 1-Year Warranty. Gifts are not refundable or exchangeable. And we are doing our best to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And it must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Under 30-Day Refund Guarantee, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement if 30 days have gone by since your reception.

Please understand that we will not allow the refund or the replacement, if the product has the following issues:
- The product is in the used state or artificial damaged, without its original packaging, or any tags, and stickers attached to them.
- Any other reasons and actions, which affect the reselling of the product.
- Returns & exchanges period to expire under 30-Day Refund Guarantee.
- Require changing the product, which belongs to other series.
We only can replace products if they are damaged by shipment or not working within warranty period. If you need to exchange the item for a new one, please send us an email at email@example.com.
For product quality issues, we will refund or replace unconditionally without any fees.
Returns or replacement for non-quality issues, customers need to bear the restocking fee of $5.9 and payment processing fees(we do not charge, depend on your bank), which will be deducted from your refund. Besides, customers are also responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return process.
Purchased but Not Shipped (Cancelation): If your order has not yet been shipped, we will unconditionally cancel your order and refund.
Shipped but not delivered (Cancelation): If your package has been shipped when you want cancel the order, we will try our best to intercept. If the interception succeeds, you will only be charged restocking fees $5.9. If the package cannot be intercepted, then you have to return the package after receiving it. We will refund you when we confirm the returned item. By then, the customer need to bear restocking fees, shipping cost, etc.
We will send you returning address by email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 bussiness days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
